Well, it's Monday morning and in Vancouver it's a regular work day, but for our neighbours to the south in the US it's Presidents Day, and for our neighbours to the east in Alberta and Saskatchewan, it is Family Day.
Mother Nature has been gracious, and the weather's been beautiful for visitors to our fair city from those jursidictions this weekend. Nice for us, too, but they get to sleep in.
This is some scenery!
ReplyDeletethat was taken the other day when we went snowhoeing, on the way back down the mountain. outside my door is green grass and trees are starting to bud, some flowers are out. A 20 minute drive to the north shore, where this photo was taken, and you can go skiing or snowshoeing with LOTS of beautiful snow, and only a few degrees below zero, and these views of the city below and all the way to the US on a clear day! It is pretty special :-)
