Went to Sogndal to pick up the kid, age 25, around three in the morning. They were done with their pub thing and were having pizza in the
middle of town. Mikkel had already promised his friends I would take them home. My pleasure.
Actually the midst of the night is rather dark right now, but now, four in the morning, you can read the newspaper sitting outside.
Elin and Bård got married today and the dance music could be heard all over Leikanger all night. Now even that is quiet, only the birds are left. Not a car on the roads, not a cruise ship on the fjord.
We are drowning, literally. Rain seems to have no end.
The only way for the farmers to get dry hay, is HESJING. Norwegian style, I suppose, and probably Lissa did this during her stay in Geiranger in the 80's...
